Returns & Refunds

You have a 14-day return policy: you may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions for a return

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of worn or damaged items or items with removed labels.

How to return

Please notify us of your return in advance by e-mail: return@mandelina.co. Unannounced returns may result in delayed processing. Once you have registered your return, we will send you instructions on how to send your package.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Right of withdrawal in the European Union

For deliveries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The conditions stated above apply.
