2. Accessing this website (hosting)

This storefront is a static website delivered from a server in Germany. When you access it, the web server processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, date/time, requested resource, referrer, browser type) in order to deliver and secure the page. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). Merely viewing the page does not set any analytics or marketing cookies without your consent (see sections 4–5).

3. Order & payment (Shopify)

The shopping cart, checkout and payment processing are handled by the e-commerce platform Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland). As soon as you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to Shopify; the data you provide there (e.g. name, address, e-mail, payment data) is processed to fulfil the contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Shopify's privacy notices apply in addition.

4. Reach measurement with Matomo

For the statistical analysis of website usage we use the self-hosted open-source software Matomo. The analysis is carried out without cookies and with a shortened (anonymised) IP address; no data is transferred to third parties and the data does not leave our own infrastructure. This makes the identification of individual persons impossible. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data-minimising reach measurement). The analytics service runs under analytics.mandelina.co.

5. Web analytics with Google Analytics 4 (only with consent)

If you consent via the cookie notice, we additionally use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GA4 uses cookies or comparable technologies to analyse your use of the website (including pages viewed, time spent, approximate location, device and browser data). Personal data may be transferred – including to the USA to Google LLC (Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). IP anonymisation is enabled. To measure the entire purchase journey, cross-domain tracking with our checkout (shop.mandelina.co) is enabled.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). We use Google Consent Mode v2: no analytics cookies are set without your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the selection stored locally in your browser for this website (key mnd_consent); the cookie notice will then be shown again. 6. Fonts

This page embeds fonts from Google Fonts. In doing so, a connection to Google's servers may be established and your IP address transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
